"We were written in the stars, my love,
all that separated us, was time, the time it took
to read the map which was placed within our hearts,
to find our way back to one another."

Cleaning 11 rooms in a span of 7 hours is no joke. This is especially true for the changing of
king-sized bedsheets and duvet covers. By the time I've changed the sheets/duvet covers for one king-sized bed, I'm totally drained and will always want to take a breather, but i can't! I've got to quicken my pace to clean the bathroom, dust and vacuum the whole room. Imagine doing all these 11 times + ensuring that each room is spick and span. =[
Seriously, it's tough. So tough that at times I wonder why the hell am I torturing myself like that? Why the hell did I choose to work in a hotel? Why the hell am I pursuing a hospitality degree? TO CLEAN ROOMS? Damnit.
Yes, yes, I'm a weakling. I can't take menial labor. I give up easily. But it's seriously SUPER TORTUROUS. My whole body is aching now. And my fingers are sore and rough from all the cleaning. DOUBLE BOO TO CLEANING ROOMS.
Quit whining Iris. Whining doesn't do you any good. Just get on with work and clean rooms if you must. Afterall, this is only temporary. Bah.
Persevere. Persevere. Persevere.
