Happy CNY! Gong hei fat choy!
Somehow or rather, the mood this year wasn't there for me, as compared to the previous years.
Don't know why either, but i still look forward to non-stop feasting and receiving an abundance of red packets! Hehehe...xP
Submitted my online application today.
Hope all goes well for me, as I very well know that my chances are super low.
And i just realised that in the 1st year, we do not choose to major in any courses, at least not up till the 2nd year. This spells B-A-D, as i have already studied the subjects offered in the 1st yr in my polytechnic education. (Bah! It's still too early to mention all these, as I'm still unsure whether i'll get in! =/)
Anyhows, I'm really a sucker for ROMANTIC KOREAN MOVIES.
Watched "A Moment to remember" on chn u last Friday, starring my all-time favourite Korean actress, Son Ye-jin! She was absolutely fab in "The Classic" too! I love her! It's as though she's made for those roles who has to suffer and cry a lot! heh =P
The actor in the movie was BLARDEE HOT as well. He looked damn delicious with the goatee. xD (See guy in pic! hehe.) *salivtes* But that's not the main point! The main point is how the movie has never failed to touch me and made me all in tears, as what "The Classic" had done. Bleah.
Nevertheless, from the movie, i have learned that true love prevails no matter what. I love how the male actor puts in so much effort in making her happy. He does up a new kitchen for her, stuck post-its and photographs in the house so as to make her remember everything about them - as a married couple. (She has contracted Alzheimer's disease btw)
Love how he tries to refresh her memory of him in her mind each time she loses her memory. Sounds a little like "50 first dates", but this time, it's less comical and more emotional, touching peoples' hearts...like mine!!! =(
Anyways, for people who are also suckers for romantic movies, remember to catch "The Classic" this coming Friday on chn u! It'll defintiely won't disappoint you, this i can assure you!
Got to catch some winks now. More house-visitings tmr! =)
Have a happy hols!
